The Town of Parry Sound is throwing a homecoming celebration for our local trio of Olympians.
Kelsey Norris, the Stockey Centre’s Marketing Coordinator says this Saturday, June 11th at 11 AM, the town is honouring the three hometown Olympic athletes, Mark Ideson, Megan Oldham, and Graham Ritchie.
“The event will feature a celebration of the local 2022 Beijing Olympians, followed by a question and answer session with them, and a meet-and-greet. The event is free, it’s general admission so visit us on June 11th at 11 AM,” Norris says.
Later in the day, the Canadian Tire’s Jumpstart program, the Island Queen, and Boston Pizza will have their Annual Fundraiser Cruise, featuring Megan Oldman, Graham Ritchie, and Mark Ideson.
