The North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit added one recovery and no new cases of COVID-19 from Parry Sound today(Tuesday).
That places the district’s active case count at five including one in hospital with two more residents screening positive for a variant of concern Tuesday.
In Nipissing, two new cases and three more recoveries were reported placing that district at seven active cases including one in hospital.
The health unit administered another 760 vaccine doses district-wide and did 58 tests for COVID-19 in Parry Sound in the last 24 hours.
As of this afternoon, over 35 percent of adults in our region have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
