A McKellar Township local was found deceased at a Williams Street residence by police two weeks ago.
OPP’s West Parry Sound Detachment says around 2 PM Friday, February 5th, officers investigated the sudden death revealing that a 45 year-old person from McKellar Township was found unresponsive and was later pronounced deceased due to a suspected opioid overdose.
Police say the investigation, under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) is ongoing and ask anyone with information surrounding this incident to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or your nearest police authority.
