Tuesday marks the 8th annual Giving Tuesday, where people and businesses can give back to their community.
This year the Museum on Tower Hill is hoping to reach their goal of $1000 in donations in just 24 hours. It is hoped the public will support the museum’s mission of preserving the West Parry
Sound District’s heritage through this fundraiser.
The museum already has a “leg-up” thanks to Jim MacGregor, owner of the Parry Sound Sobeys who is matching donations up to $500. You can donate by visiting the museum Tuesday from
