PARRY SOUND, ON-Lifeguards will no longer be stationed to watch over Waubuno Beach for the remainder of the summer.
While the beach and the washroom facilities remain open to the public, residents and visitors are encouraged to practise proper water safety.
If you do decide to hit the beach, you’re also reminded to continue COVID safety measures like physical distancing and regular sanitization.
The Town of Parry Sound is thanking lifeguarding staff for a great summer and is looking forward to next year.
