A driver involved in a motorcycle collision last week has succumbed to his injuries.
On Friday, around 11:40 a.m., Almaguin Highlands OPP along with the Laurier Fire Department and Parry Sound Emergency Services investigated the collision, which occurred on Highway 11, just north of South River, in Laurier Township.
Police say a motorcycle headed northbound lost control and drove into the centre median.
The driver, 63-year-old Salvatore Scolaro of Etobicoke was taken to hospital by EMS but on Sunday he passed away.
Police continue to investigate the collision.
