The town of Parry Sound is looking at ways to promote tourism in the region.
RTO 12 (Explorer’s Edge) is looking for local businesses to sign up and participate in their Cottage Country Spirit Local Travel Package.
The program provides incentives for permanent and seasonal household residents only in the Explorer’s Edge catchment to book an experience or overnight accommodation with you.
The incentive refers to five $10 Experience Vouchers to be used by local guests – to be treated as cash – and honoured by participating accommodation or experience providers.
During this promotion, customers with get $50 worth of vouchers by registering for one of the 4000 available packages on the Explorer’s Edge website.
Each voucher is a “one time use” and may be put towards the cost of goods or services at participating locations between July 16-October 12.
