The North Bay-Parry Sound Health Unit is confirming a new case of COVID-19.
According to the Nipissing Parry Sound COVID-19 Dashboard, one person has tested positive, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 18.
As of Monday’s update, 16 of those cases are fully resolved with two cases currently in self-isolation.
There has also been one outbreak in a long term care home.
The Health Unit adds that 2,423 tests have been performed – with 311 still pending results.
