All-time high for COVID-19 case numbers in Ontario

There are 568 new confirmed cases and 39 deaths from COVID-19 across Ontario.

The all time high new case numbers are partly because of Toronto Public health’s new system catching up.

The province now has a total 553 deaths because of the virus, with just over 800 Ontarian’s in hospital.

Public Health Ontario has processed 9,643 tests in the past 24-hours, with just under half of COVID-19 positive Ontarian’s recovering.
