As we continue to navigate this uncertain period, we want to reassure you that your health is still our priority and we are doing our best to arrange care for your essential medical needs
Currently Booked Appointments:Â Staff will call to inform patients that their Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Mental Health Worker, Pharmacist, will provide a telephone appointment around the time of their currently booked appointment, or it can be cancelled.
New Appointments:Â Patients will be offered a telephone appointment until further notice.
Things that CANNOT BE seen at the clinic (Non-essential services) include, but are not limited to:
- Routine check ups
- Preventative care, including paps, non-urgent immunizations, physicals elective consults
- Routine follow-ups (e.g., high blood pressure, diabetes)
- Forms (e.g., Driver’s license)
- Health baby check ups
- Memory Clinic
- Mental Health Programs
- Smoking cessation
Things that CAN BE seen at the clinic (Essential services) include, but are not limited to:
- Pregnant patients
- Treatment room Procedures
- allergy injections (if MD onsite)
- testosterone injections
- depo-provera injections
- INR testing
- baby weights
- suture/staple removal
- dressing changes/wound care,
- essential medication injections (including but not limited to n-plate, xolair, aranesp, nucala, haloperidol, and lupron)

DO NOTÂ go to the Emergency Department at the hospital unless directed by one of our health care providers, or, you have severe, serious symptoms. Please understand, the Emergency Department is very busy and it is for your safety that visits to the Emergency Department are limited.
