A snowfall warning is in effect for the Parry Sound area today with snow beginning this afternoon and lasting through Thursday afternoon. Heaviest snow is expected this evening and overnight. Accumulations of 15 to 25 cm could fall before it ends on Thursday.
Motorists are advised to be cautious and be prepared for inclement driving conditions and the possibility of reduced visibility particularly during periods of higher snowfall.
Be advised that a snowfall warning is in effect for the Muskoka and Barrie regions as well as Bayfield Inlet – Burk’s Falls.
