It has been a frustrating start to the snowmobile season this year with uncooperative temperatures and a lack of significant snowfall that has led to trails remaining closed in District Ten.
But relief to the frustration of snowmobilers is as close as Saturday.
The South Seguin Snowmobile Club will present their annual “Radar Runs” this Saturday on Horseshoe Lake at Horseshoe Pines Marine just off trail 205.
This year’s event includes an antique snowmobile show and display, Manufacturer’s displays and demo rides, displays by Seguin Fire and a barbecue lunch.
Trophies will be awarded in all categories and radar runs are three for $20.
Snowmobilers are reminded to check out trail conditions on line as some trails in the region are opened with limited availability.
