PARRY SOUND, ON-Environment Canada says that the Parry Sound area can expect to see freezing rain this weekend.
Snow or ice pellets are expected to start Saturday afternoon and continue into Sunday.
There is a possibility of 15 centimeters of snow and ice pellets in the area by late Sunday.
Environment Canada said that it is uncertain as to how much snow and ice pellets will hit the area but warnings may be put up closer to the weekend.
Travel is expected to be dicey throughout Southern Ontario and the Southern parts of Northeastern Ontario on Saturday and Sunday.
