PARRY SOUND, ON-A stolen vehicle was recovered after the suspect was spotted hiding in some bushes.

On December 31st, Wellington County OPP responded to a call about a suspicious person at 9:35 p.m. at a home on the Fifth Line in the Town of Erin.

When on the scene the complainant informed the police that there was a red vehicle parked in her laneway and that someone was hiding in the bushes near her home.

Officers confirmed that the red vehicle was stolen and arrested the person who was trespassing on the property.

The 42-year-old Parry Sound man was charged with trespassing at night and possession of property obtained by crime.

He is set to appear at the Ontario court of justice in Guelph on January 28th.
