MUSKOKA-PARRY SOUND, ON – Rona employees in Cottage Country are keeping their jobs as the company is shutting down dozens of locations across Canada.
Earlier this week, Lowe’s Canada announced it was closing up shop on 34 under performing stores, including nine in Ontario.
The Bracebridge and Parry Sound Rona stores were left off the list.
This makes it two years in a row that Lowe’s has shut-down stores in November. The company closed down 31 locations across Canada last year.

Lowe’s has 488 stores in the country and a total of just under 2,000 locations in North America.
