PARRY SOUND, ON-The citizen group Climate Action is set to march to MPP Norm Miller’s office to present their petition for climate change.
On November 15th is when the Climate Action group and others will be marching along Mary St. and James St all the way to Miller’s office.
In an interview with Judy Christenson, a member of Climate Action, she said the petition is to get the government to take serious action about climate change. “We want them to get behind the science,” said Christenson.
According to Christenson, Miller will meet the group outside his office along with a small ceremony featuring Aboriginal drumming and singing.
