PARRY SOUND, ON-The town of Parry Sound is asking locals to give their input on how they can improve their community.

Parry Sound council, in collaboration with town staff, are in the process of developing their 2020 strategic plan and before they settle on anything, they want to ask the public for their input.

On November 28th residents can submit their opinions on how to improve their community.

According to the town’s announcement, Mayor Jamie McGarvey said that the council is setting a clear vision for the town to guide the direction they should take over the next three years.

To ensure a fair and comprehensive result is collected, the town will hold two focus group sessions with key partners, stakeholders from different businesses, healthcare, education and community associations.

If you would like to take part, residents can provide their thoughts and feedback through an online survey on the town’s website here.

You can also visit the Town Municipal Office or the Parry Sound Public Library to complete the survey in person.
