Former public school to be converted to seniors residence
Seniors in Burks Falls looking for an apartment will have more options soon.
The former M.A Wittick Public School is being renovated and converted into Almaguin Manor Residence. The facility will accommodate 32 units for seniors.
Anyone interested is asked to attend a public meeting at the Armour, Ryerson and Burk’s Falls Memorial Arena on April 30 at 7:00pm. A release said management will be present to answer any and all questions.
The release didn’t state when the new facility will open.
