Habitat for Humanity is looking for volunteers.
It needs help with its Pointe au Baril build.
The charity provides affordable homes but those homeowners must participate in the build and volunteer on other projects.
From mid-June to the end of August Habitat is looking to fill 600 volunteer days.
The organization is looking to pull volunteers from the seasonal, village, First Nations, educational and business communities.
Prior to the summer build, there are volunteer opportunities to help clear the lot as well as pre-building window and door frames and the fixed window awnings.
Once the cottage season has wound down, Habitat will be looking to hire from the year-round community for things like foundation work, roofing, electrical and plumbing.
