An area of strong southwesterly winds will develop over regions east of Georgian Bay midday Sunday. A few locations along the shorelines of Georgian Bay may gust to 110 kilometres per hour at times Sunday afternoon or early in the evening.

With such high wind rates, damage to buildings, roof shingles and windows may occur. People should also look for loose flying objects. Driving can become difficult affecting your vehicle and also visibility due to blowing snow.
