West Parry Sound OPP and Seguin Fire department responded to a house fire in Seguin.
Shortly after 1:00pm today, emergency responders were called to a home on Horseshoe Lake Road.
Fire crews said that the blaze started in the kitchen and spread to the ceiling though was contained shortly after.
No one was reported as injured and there is no estimate on damage to the property.
The public is reminded to ensure that all smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are in good working order.
