Severe thunderstorm watch in effect

A severe thunderstorm watch continues for Parry Sound
Currently conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain. Thunderstorms are expected to linger into the evening hours. A few of these have the potential to become severe with strong winds and heavy rain being the primary threats. Remember: if it roars, stay indoors.
