Many students in Parry Sound will be getting a mid-week day off school.
The Nipissing-Parry Sound Student Transportation Service has cancelled buses running to schools in the Town of Parry Sound, Britt, Nobel, Mactier, Humphrey, Rosseau, McDougall and Whitestone.
Schools may still be open, but if you’re dropping your kids off you’ll need to pick them up as the buses won’t be running this afternoon either.
Whiteout conditions are expected around the district as snow squalls move through until tonight.
