West Parry Sound OPP charged a couple of people with drinking and driving over the weekend. The first incident happened in Whitestone Sunday night around 10:15pm.
The OPP says officers were patrolling Highway 124 when they pulled a vehicle over. A 28-year-old man from Whitestone is facing seven charges, including “Over 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood” and driving while under suspension.
Another man, a 52-year-old from Barrie, has been charged with over 80 milligrams as well. He was arrested after officers responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle parked at a business on Highway 69 in Henvey Township a few hours later.
