A second body has been recovered from Bartlett Lake in Ryerson Township. Monday evening, a pedal boat was hit by a ski boat and a woman was brought to shore and died on route to hospital. Earlier today, the OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit along with other police units searched the lake and recovered a male body. The two deceased a have been identified as 58-year-old Bozena Mercik and her husband 80-year-old Zdzislaw MERCIK both of McMurrich/Monteith Township. OPP is continuing to investigate the collision and would like to remind all boaters to wear their personal flotation device at all times.
