Parry Sound Council meets tonight with a light schedule.
One of the highlights is a resolution that Council direct town staff to coordinate an application for a Trillium Grant to support the planned Splash Pad at Waubuno Beach. In a letter to Council the Sound Splash Pad Steering Committee noted that this is the only capital grant available this year and that the deadline to apply for a Trillium Grant is fast approaching.
It is possible that a successful Trillium grant could provide $150,000.
