The first shovel of the construction of a new retirement complex in Parry Sound will go into the ground today. This morning at 11:00am, the Town of Parry Sound will hold a ground breaking ceremony with the mayor and special guests. The ceremony will go rain or shine at the site of the new 70-room building beside Canadore College. Council approved the building last year and more information about when it will be completed and more will be given out at the event.
