Baseball players will descend on Parry Sound starting tonight to Rally Against Cancer Hardcore. Games begin for the 11th annual RACH 3-pitch baseball tournament tonight at Kinsmen Park and will continue throughout the day Saturday. The money raised during the tournament goes to the RACH fund in memory of Rachael Higgins who lost her battle with cancer in 2005, a year after starting the tournament. To date RACH Fund has raised over $650,000 which has gone directly to the research on Image Guided Therapy of Dr. Jonathan Irish, Chief of the Department of Surgical Oncology at the University of Health Network, and his team of researchers.
