It’s June 12th which means the Snowbirds are tomorrow! Be sure to check Town of Parry Sound webpage (link below) daily as information is updated.
Canada’s premiere Air Demonstration Squadron will take their world-renowned show to the skies over Parry Sound just after 5:00 p.m. on June 13th.
The main viewing area will be set up at the Salt Docks with secondary viewing along the Rotary Algonquin Fitness Trail from the Rugged Trail through to the water treatment plant, through to the new and old town beaches, and down to the Stockey Centre.
If you are planning to view the show from the water, you will need to know that there is a large fly box that will be outlined on the water by buoys placed by the Canadian Coast Guard.
Members of the Canadian Snowbirds team will be providing live “play by play” of the entire show that spectators can listen to live on Moose 1033 FM through the Radio Player Canada App.
Spectators are being encouraged to use the following areas to park their vehicles:
– Downtown parking lots
– Stockey Centre parking lot
– Town Dock parking lot
– B.O.C.C.
– on-street parking downtown
– Waubuno Beach parking lot
