The first of many free concerts will be held at the Stockey Centre tonight. It’s the opening night of Bands on the Bay, a free summer concert series held outside on patio or in the Performance Hall in the case of rain. All performances start at 7:00pm and offer a light dinner menu and refreshments. Tonight’s concert will feature Tia McGraff, an international singer/songwriter who has won the hearts of fans around the world.
