New playground equipment has been installed at Mission Park. After many hours of volunteer work cleaning up the park over the past year, community members of the former Village of Carrington has just finished setting up a 17-foot rope climbing structure in the park. With the support from The Island Queen, Scotiabank, and Don Cherry’s there will be a morning fiddle cruise tomorrow followed by a BBQ and a ribbon cutting at the park at 1:30pm. The whole Parry Sound community is welcome to join in this celebration.
