There will be a couple of road closure in the town of Parry Sound because of work on CN’s rail. Today and tomorrow, the St. Charles crossing will be completely closed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic during the maintenance while one lane at all times will be closed on Gibson Street. Crews will also be performing maintenance to the St. Charles crossing between 9:00am and 3:00pm and the bridge over Gibson street between 9:00am and 6:00pm. Emergency services, William Beatty School, the Parry Sound High School, and Hammond Transportation have been notified of the closures.
