A French River man is dead following a snowmobile crash.
West Parry Sound OPP was called to Blair Township on Sunday after a snowmobile crashed on the French River. Police say a group of six snowmobiles were travelling on the river when the lead hit a rock and the rider was thrown from the vehicle. Fifty-nine-year-old Ronald Leduc was killed.
Officials say riders need to be cautious this time of year as ice conditions can change dramatically.
