Royce Edward Alves (WWII Veteran, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 117)
passed away peacefully at Belvedere Heights,
on Saturday, April 7th, 2018.
Age 93 years.
Beloved husband of the late Blanche (Burns) Alves.
Loving father of Bruce (wife the late Jenny);
Beatrice and her husband Glen Woods;
Corinne Alves; and stepfather of Ann Jackovic.
Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, great grandchildren,
and great great grandchildren.
Dear brother of Douglas and his wife Jen;
and the late Murray (wife Marie of Parry Sound);
Ruby Petty; and Elsie (Art DeRoshie).
Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 81 James Street,
Parry Sound, (705-746-5855) on Friday, April 20th between the hours of
12:00 – 2:00 P.M.
Funeral Service in the Logan Memorial Chapel at 2:00 P.M.
Reception to follow.
Interment Sylvan Acres Cemetery.
