Another major road project is ready to start in Parry Sound. At last night’s meeting, Town council approved the only tender that was complete and in good order out of three that came in for the Forest Street reconstruction. Director of Operations Peter Brown says pre-construction surveys and meetings are expected to start at the end of this month or early July. The $3.3(M) million project will only cost the town a little more than a third of the cost because of government funding of up to $2(M) million.
