The Town of Parry Sound has recognized three young dancers. Haley Land, Bridgit Haines, and Aurora Corbett all travelled to Poland for the World Dance Championships. Haley brought home a gold medal in Children’s Team for Ballet, Jazz, and Modern, Aurora won gold in Junior Team Jazz, while Bridgit took Silver in Junior Team Modern. Mayor McGarvey presented each of the girls with a certificate of appreciation for their efforts.
