Parry Sound OPP is charging a male in connection with impaired driving. The OPP is saying an officer responded to a motorcycle that reportedly was found in a ditch early Thursday morning. According to officials, a 39-year-old male from Seguin Township is responsible for the incident and will face charges for driving under the influence and operating a vehicle with no license.
The OPP says the accused was later released on a Promise to Appear order and will later appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on April 19th. The OPP reminds motorists that there is no safe amount of drug or alcohol consumption when driving. Anyone who suspects a driver that is driving while impaired is urged to call police by dialing 9-1-1 immediately.
