Hydro One is now dealing with power outages in the McKellar Region as well as Byng Inlet area.
No estimated time of restoration for the Byng Inlet area, however they hope to restore McKellar area between noon and 3:00 p.m.
RESTORED:
Hydro One is in the process of restoring power to several thousand customers in the region.

The outage affects an area including areas of the Archipelago, Carling, Conger, McKellar, Croft, McDougall, Parry Island, Foley, Hagerman , Croft, Burton and McKenzie.
The estimated time of restoration at this point is around 9:00 a.m.
