In GMHL action on the weekend the Seguin Huskies looking for their third straight win got into a goaltenders battle against the Bradford Rattlers. The win was not to be as Bradford shut-out the Huskies 2-0.
Meanwhile the Almaguin Spartans notched their fifth straight win in their lone game on the weekend downing the Rattlers 5-2. The win gives the Spartans a 4 point bulge over Temiscaming for first in the North.
