Parry Sound athletes place well at MPS Track and Field Championships

It was a great day in track and field for Parry Sound High School athletes.  Jordon Ruggles won the individual points award for the midget boys division with 34 points after placing first in long jump and triple jump, second in javelin, and third in discus.  Michaella Hawkins won the individual points award for the senior girls division with 31 points after a first place finish in triple jump, second in long jump and the 100m, and fourth in the 200m.  Athletes qualifying will compete in the GB’s next week in Midland.  For a complete list of results for Parry Sound students, click mps pshs results 2014.
