Time to lace up the skates again as the McDougall Recreation Centre in Nobel launches the 2017-2018 season.
This year’s skating and hockey season officially kicks off at 11:00 am this morning.
McDougall Director of Parks and Fire Chief Brian Leduc says the centre is much more that just an outdoor rink.
The centre keeps the rink smooth and clean by re-surfacing the ice between five and seven times a day

Chief Leduc reminds everyone that the regular schedule applies for this season.
