An agreement between Carling Township and Bayview on Parry Sound Association has been reached. Carling council approved a by-law last night to authorize a licence of occupation with Bayview on Parry Sound Association with respect to dockage rights on shore road allowance. Mayor God Harrison explains how the agreement came to be.

He says with the agreement Bayview on Parry Sound Association will be able to have 40 docks which is about twice as many as they had before.
