Carling Council discusses noise, taxes and dockage rights tonight

A by-law to prohibit and regulate noise and vibration in Carling Township will be debated tonight.  Carling council will discuss a by-law that would set times for when certain excessive noise would not be allowed and would see residents or visitors violating the by-law fined $350.  Also on tonight’s agenda is a by-law to set the tax rates for 2014 as well as a by-law to authorize a licence of occupation with Bayview on Parry Sound Association with respect to dockage rights on shore road allowance.  The meeting gets started at 7:00pm in the council chambers.
