Spring is finally here and it’s a great time to make our community look nicer. This week is Pitch-In Canada week and the Town of Parry Sound is asking residents to help clean up our town. Pitch-In Canada is a national, community-based, organization that believes that maintaining a quality environment and encouraging civic pride is everyone’s responsibility. As part of Pitch-In Week, the town hopes everyone will participate in a 20 minute makeover on Wednesday. At 2:00pm, everyone is encouraged to stop what they are doing and go outside and clean up an area of the town. Pitch-in bags are available by contacting the By-law Enforcement Department.
