A 38-year-old woman will be in court next month.
The West Parry Sound OPP noticed a vehicle in the early hours of Saturday morning with the engine running on MacIsaac Road. After a conversation with the two people in the vehicle, officers determined the driver was drunk.
The woman, who is from Toronto, is charged with having control of the vehicle while over the legal limit. Her court date is November 2nd.
