A 48-year old man will be in court next month after being caught riding drunk.
The West Parry Sound OPP first saw the man riding an electric bike without a helmet late Friday night on Bay Street. After chatting with the man, the OPP determined he had been drinking.
He is charged with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit. His court date is November 2nd in Parry Sound.
