Parry Sound mourns loss of Dean Adams

Parry Sound has lost not only a local businessman and former councillor for McDougall, but a generous supporter of the community.

Dean Adams, founder of Adams Brothers Construction passed away suddenly over the weekend at the age of 66. He founded Adams Brothers Construction in 1968 and expanded the business’s many services in the years since.

Adams would further serve the local community by sitting as a councillor for McDougall Township for 20 years.

Adams was also very active with JDRF, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Dean is survived by his wife Debbie, two sons Gordon and David and brother Mark. Visitation and funeral services are being handled by Logan’s Funeral Home. Details of the service are available on their website.
