The West Parry Sound OPP is investigating a fatal collision that closed Highway 69 last night.
The collision happened just north of Site 9 Road in the Archipelago Township at around 9 pm last night.
According to police, a southbound SUV collided with a northbound SUV. The northbound driver, 61-year-old Nehemiah Richards from Capreol, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the southbound vehicle, a 59-year-old from Central Frontenac Township, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are continuing to investigate the collision.
