The three people charged in connection to the death of Beata Paciorek were spoken to in a Parry Sound courthouse last week.
Michael Madill and Amy MacDonald are facing first-degree murder charges. Rick Snow, a third man accused in connection to Paciorek’s death is also facing a first-degree murder charge.
Investigators believe Paciorek was killed sometime while travelling between Brampton and Sudbury. She was found dead in the back of a U-Haul Truck.
The court confirmed that the matter was spoken to in court and was adjourned to October 5th. Details of the case are currently under a publication ban.
