Motosport supporters speak to Seguin Council

Motosport supporters are calling yesterday’s presentation to Seguin Council a step forward.  At last night’s meeting, Kari Malmstrom gave a presentation to council to outline the history of motosports not only in Seguin but across West Parry Sound.  In his presentation, Malmstrom blamed Seguin Council for cancelling many of the events including a race at the Ontario Camp of the Deaf last October, but council said they haven’t passed anything cancelling any such events.  Motosport supporter Derek Rumball says the presentation gives hope to bringing motosports back to the area.

Seguin council said they would consider any request for events to happen within the township as long as it was brought before them.
